Ludo Tiger Terms and Conditions

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ludo Tiger website, mobile browser interface, or any service provided through this platform, you are entering into a binding agreement with Ludo Tiger. These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ludo Tiger regarding your use of the platform.

Your acceptance is confirmed at the point of registration, at the point of making a deposit, or at the point of placing any wager — whichever comes first. You do not need to sign a physical document; using the platform is your agreement. If you are registering on behalf of yourself, you represent that you have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

If you are under 18, you are prohibited from creating an account, making any deposit, or participating in any game on the platform.

By registering, you confirm that:

03 Account Registration & Rules

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one account on Ludo Tiger. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, different email addresses, different phone numbers, or using another person's identity — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. This includes your real name, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Ludo Tiger will never ask you for your password by email, phone, or chat. Any activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to our support team beforehand.

• Notify Ludo Tiger support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Do not use another person's payment method to fund your account.
• Account names cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to another person.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.

Ludo Tiger reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time. During a verification period, deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay may be temporarily restricted pending the outcome.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits on Ludo Tiger are processed and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposit, reflects quickly under normal network conditions.
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposit, processed in real time during standard hours.
• Bank Transfer – standard interbank transfer; processing time depends on your bank.
• Mobile Wallets – other supported mobile wallet providers as listed in the Deposit section.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. Ludo Tiger does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment source must belong to the registered account holder. Attempting to deposit from someone else's JazzCash or Easypaisa account is a violation of these terms.

Deposits are credited to your Ludo Tiger wallet once the transaction is confirmed. If a deposit does not reflect within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to deposit again before confirming the status of the original transaction with support.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same or equivalent payment method used for deposits where possible. Supported withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer. All withdrawals are paid out in PKR.

Before a withdrawal is processed, Ludo Tiger may require identity verification. This is standard practice and is done to protect players and maintain the integrity of the platform. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid CNIC or other identity document. Withdrawals will not be released until verification is satisfactorily completed.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of request.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Processing times vary by method — Raast and mobile wallets are typically faster than bank transfers.
• Ludo Tiger reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending account review if unusual activity is detected.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts held in the name of the registered Ludo Tiger account holder.

If you have not yet met the wagering requirements attached to a bonus, your withdrawal request may be declined or adjusted. The platform will inform you of any outstanding requirements before a request is rejected.

06 Games & Fairness

All games available on Ludo Tiger — including Slots, Live Casino tables, Bingo rooms, and Slot Games — use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer mechanics operated by third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by chance and are not influenced by the platform, by previous results, or by the size of your bet.

Ludo Tiger does not guarantee any specific outcome or return from any game. The house edge varies by game type and is inherent to all casino-style games. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are determined by the game provider and may be displayed in the game information panel within the lobby.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Technical errors that affect a game round will be reviewed by support and resolved in accordance with the provider's rules.
• Ludo Tiger is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's end that interrupt a game session.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in any game for financial gain is prohibited and will result in account suspension.

If a game round is interrupted due to a technical error on Ludo Tiger's side, the round will either be voided and your stake returned, or completed based on the available game state data, depending on the provider's protocol.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

Ludo Tiger may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, or other promotional rewards from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These general terms apply to all bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Ludo Tiger platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account under any name or identity.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or personal details.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with games or the platform interface.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Live Casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain without reporting them.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after a deposit has been used for gameplay.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing support staff or other users.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of account registration or verification.

Ludo Tiger monitors accounts and transactions for unusual patterns. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, the account may be frozen pending investigation. During an investigation, access to funds may be temporarily restricted.

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Account Suspension & Termination

Ludo Tiger reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or payment fraud.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false information at registration or during account use.
• Sustained abusive behaviour toward support staff.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any funds in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Where an account is closed voluntarily by the player or for unrelated administrative reasons, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method after standard verification checks.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting the Ludo Tiger support team. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe and any eligible balance will be returned.

13 Changes to These Terms

Ludo Tiger reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In cases of significant changes, we may also notify registered users via email or an on-site notification.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
